These terms govern your use of this site, the bring-your-own-compute starter pack, and any communication you send us. Future commercial seats will have their own separate terms; nothing on this page is a commercial offer.
Last updated: 6 May 2026.
By accessing this site, downloading the starter pack, or sending us a message, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access the site, do not download, and do not send.
This site describes a pre-alpha software project. We make no representation that the design surface, the starter pack, or any future hosted offering will be available, complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or terminate any aspect of any of the foregoing at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
The starter pack is provided as a set of scripts, configurations, prompt templates, and documentation. You are solely responsible for: (a) procuring and operating the compute on which you run the starter pack; (b) the rights to any model weights, checkpoints, LoRAs, or other model artifacts you use; (c) any inputs you supply to the pipeline; (d) any outputs the pipeline produces on your hardware; and (e) any redistribution, publication, or commercial use of those outputs.
We do not see, store, host, or process the inputs or outputs of any rendering you perform with the starter pack. Provenance, watermarking, and downstream rights are your responsibility once the bundle leaves our website.
Outputs you publish or distribute that were produced using the Neyralfoundry starter pack must preserve the visible “made with neyralfoundry.com” identifier embedded by the watermark step of the pack, until you have entered into a separate written agreement with us removing this requirement. Removing or obscuring the watermark on a publicly distributed output is a violation of these terms.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, license, or provide services. Pricing, commercial availability, and feature commitments will be determined separately and are not stated here.
All site content, including text, code, design, logos, rendered placeholder media, and the starter pack itself, is the property of the Neyralfoundry project or its licensors. You may use the starter pack for personal evaluation and to publish derivative outputs, subject to the watermark obligation above. You may not copy, redistribute, mirror, or modify the starter pack or any other site asset without our prior written consent. Our non-public configurations, recipes, and methods are kept as confidential know-how and are not licensed by your download of the starter pack. See the copyright and confidential know-how notice for the full posture.
The site, the starter pack, and all related materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neyralfoundry and the people involved in the project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, the starter pack, or any communication with us. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Neyralfoundry is an early-stage independent project and is not yet an incorporated entity, so a formal governing-law and venue arrangement has not been finalised; we will state one here once it is. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights you have under the law of your own country of residence. If a dispute arises, please contact us first through the contact form so we can try to resolve it directly.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site or the starter pack after a material change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
