This is a pre-alpha site. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. The data we collect is limited to what you explicitly send us through the contact form.

Data controller

Neyralfoundry is an independent project and is not incorporated. It is the data controller for this site. Postal address available on request via the contact form.

Domain footprint

Our website operates on a single domain, neyralfoundry.com. All contact and canonical URLs use that domain.

Critical: we never see your renders

Neyralfoundry's alpha pipeline runs on your hardware. Inputs you craft in our design surface and outputs your local model produces stay on your machine. We do not have a copy. We cannot have a copy.

What we do collect

  • Messages you send us: if you contact us through the form on our contact page, we receive and retain your message, the topic you selected, and any contact handle you choose to provide.
  • Server logs: IP address, user-agent string, request timestamp for visits to this site. Retained 30 days for security purposes, then deleted.
  • Cookies: a single first-party cookie recording your cookie-banner choice. No third-party cookies, no advertising cookies, no session-replay scripts.
  • Starter-pack downloads: server logs the IP and timestamp of each ZIP download. We do not require an account.

What we do with it

  • Messages are read by the team. We respond, file for follow-up, or archive. Waitlist sign-ups are retained until beta launches; you can request earlier deletion at any time.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer your contact data to any third party except (a) outside counsel on a need-to-know basis to advise on a specific matter, and (b) where required by valid legal process.
  • We do not train any model on your inputs, outputs, or correspondence.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, the UK, California, or any other jurisdiction with applicable rights, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data by using the contact form. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Contact-form messages and waitlist data are stored in encrypted form on managed cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to the people who run the project and, where needed, outside counsel. If a data breach occurs that is likely to put you at real risk, we will notify you without undue delay.
