Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or public display, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written permission. Embedding or linking to publicly accessible pages of this site is permitted, provided that no caching, mirroring, or modification occurs.
Neyralfoundry operates on a single domain, neyralfoundry.com. Any message or page on a different domain claiming to be us is not from us; please report it through the contact form.
Neyralfoundry is built largely on open-source AI tooling. The parts that are not public — our internal configurations, parameter and prompt recipes, drift-mitigation methods, and the way the pipeline is assembled — are kept private and treated as confidential know-how. The public surfaces of this site (the design-surface UI, the example prompt schema, and the starter pack) are deliberately limited and are not intended to disclose that material.
Please do not attempt to reverse-engineer or reconstruct the non-public parts of the project from its public surfaces, or from anything shared with you under a future agreement. Confidential know-how of this kind can be protected under applicable trade-secret law, including the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 (18 U.S.C. § 1836).
Neyralfoundry has not filed for patent protection at the time of publication of this notice. We rely on copyright, confidential know-how, and contract to protect our work. We may file applications in the future. No license, express or implied, is granted by this site to any patent that may issue.
The starter pack includes a watermark step (watermark_overlay.sh) that burns a visible identifier into the lower-right of frame on rendered output. As a condition of the free pre-alpha licence, outputs you publish or distribute must keep this identifier in place, unless you have a separate written agreement with us removing the requirement. Removing or obscuring the watermark on a publicly distributed output breaches that licence.
This site hosts our own material and does not host user-uploaded content. If you believe something published on this site infringes your copyright, contact us through the contact form and choose the DMCA topic. Please include the elements set out in 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of the work, identification of the material and where it appears, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy, and your signature. We review valid notices and respond through the same channel.
Neyralfoundry reserves all rights not expressly granted on this site. No license, express or implied, is granted to any trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary right of Neyralfoundry or any third party by virtue of access to this site or download of the starter pack.
